Gidicruise started with a simple constraint: a room you cannot leave. On the water, the door is the boarding gate — once the boat moves, the programme has to hold the crowd on its own terms for the length of the night.
That shaped every decision. Capacity was fixed before anything else, entry was handled on the dock rather than at a venue door, and the running order was built around a single arc instead of the stop-start rhythm of a club night.
What came back was a format we could repeat: a controlled guest list, a predictable spend per head, and an audience that arrives together and stays. It is the clearest example of how the group works — production, access, and data pointed at the same night.
